"Hello, everyone... can you all hear me?" I spoke into my laptop. On the other side of the Zoom meeting, 30 expectant students were waiting for me to continue. Since then, we've learned so much about robotics! Her FIRST initiative to spread robotics to girls in/and underserved communities has taken off in the form of starting a robotics team from scratch in a school in a fishing town in India. As Her FIRST and the robotics program at the school continue to grow together, we've witnessed inspiring enthusiasm and curiosity in their minds. Together, we've explored the intricacies of coding and the FIRST Tech Challenge and will continue to grow as we learn about engineering and portfolio work as well.

Our journey is fueled by the belief that every student, regardless of their background, deserves the chance to explore the exciting world of robotics. We've witnessed the transformative power of providing access to STEM education in unexpected places, and the impact has been remarkable.
